The following steps outline the procedure for applying for enrolment at the American International School, Sydney Australia. Because we understand our international family movement patterns we take enrolments throughout the year.

1. Contact Enrolment officer enroll@ais.thin-ed.net
2. Download the application form.

3. Print, then complete and either post to Locked Bag 204 Oatlands 2117 or fax to 61-2-98903499
4. If you wish, after you download the file, you can fill it in and send it back as an attachment to the above email address.
5. Please send Application Fee with enrolment and application forms
• $110.00 for student on Family Visa.
• $610.00 for student on Student Visa.
6. Please send the following with the above forms.
• Transcripts (minimum 2 years) in English – this includes reports for classes taken, grades given, attendance and any teachers' reports/comments
• 2 Passport size Photos
• Passport details -Send or fax copy
• Visa (if available) -Send or fax copy
• Birth Certificate or equivalent- send or fax copy
• OSHC, Medicare Cover or Private Health Cover - send or fax copy
• Immunisation records - send or fax copy
If you do not have access to the above documents immediately please send as soon as possible after the enrolment and application form.

If applying for Student Visa – AIS will respond with a Provisional Letter of Offer and Invoice.

English language testing will apply to all students when English is not their first language.
